When in a script, it can be very hard to tell where an error is coming from,
just from the message. Adding this prefix should help a bit, by providing some
context to the error.

Any instances using -q have been redirected to /dev/null.
Any instances using -m1 now use l or are piped into head -n1.

This will prevent errors if someone sources antigen using a relative
path. -
Kills the whole purpose of the compdef deferrer function introduced in #37.
Completions are now correctly deferred and applied when `antigen-apply` is
called.

Exclamation mark after `if` statements are causing a syntax error on some zsh
versions (think 5.x). Also, fix `antigen-revert` not returning when revert file
is not present.
